On the upcoming March 3rd ballot, Maumelle voters will decide whether to extend the existing ½-cent sales tax for the purpose of funding key community improvement projects through the issuance of capital improvement bonds.

 If approved, this would NOT be an additional tax. This would be an extension of the current 1/2 cent sales and use tax.
